WCH Announces Release of New Mobile Platform- Smart Bill
It seems almost everyone now prefers to access the digital world via mobile devices. In fact, as soon as they wake up, more than 50% of smartphone users pick up their phones. At WCH, we recognize the ubiquity of mobile device usage and want to ensure our clients can access our services in the most convenient way possible.

As a result, we are excited to announce the release of our mobile Smart Bill! Available for Android devices and coming soon to iOS, our new Smart Bill App streamlines efficiency and simplifies your billing submission, communication with your account representative and your payment process.
Our newly released Smart Bill platform offers our clients the following key features:
- The ability to submit electronic superbills via mobile devices — This is a convenient way to handle billing submission to help healthcare providers stay away from mountains of paperwork they touch every single day. No more paper superbills, no more faxing or emails or scanning. Superbills are directly submitted through the mobile Smart Bill with a few simple clicks. By the end of 2016 a feature will be available that allows you to attach documents by simply taking a picture with your phone camera.
- A clean, simple, intuitive interface — With a modern and easy-to-use interface, clients won’t have to struggle with a steep learning curve to take advantage of the WCH Service Bureau mobile platform. The design is clean and simple, and the features are intuitive, enabling clients to quickly become familiar with the platform and benefit from its functionality.
- Offline access to superbills — Even when no internet connection is available, clients can use the mobile platform to create superbills and the application will notify them to send bills when they reconnect the device to the internet.
This setup enables our clients to enjoy completely paper-free billing submission from any service location. Hospital providers and in office providers can benefit greatly from the lack of physical documents and potential loss of income that results from the hassles of desktop and manual billing.

We are already turning our focus to the development of future enhancements and additional functionality. Upcoming mobile platform features will include a variety of menus that enable clients to
